The Pros and Cons of online learning 1

Online education is a highly discussed topic in recent times due to the situation we find ourselves in. Both students and teachers are encountering various difficulties that cause delays in the development of the course, which raises questions about the next school year.
In part, some of the points in favor of this education also have their side against. As it is an education through the internet, it is easier for students to access content at any time, however, there are people who do not have easy access to these resources, which causes them to be left behind and even a feeling of exclusion regarding their peers.
Other points against would be the fact that classes through video calling can favor dispersal, because it is not easy for them ( for teachers) not to know that you are not paying attention, or to people who want to interrupt the lessons, because anyone can interrupt the class anonymously by getting the link. Teachers also find their work difficult as they do not have contact with students, having to find different methods of solving doubts. On the other hand there are also positive aspects. Each person can search for the hours in which they are most productive and have more access to content for solving doubts during exercises or work.
However, my opinion on the matter is fixed, I do not like distance education, I have trouble concentrating and more if I am not in an environment that favors it. My house is a place where I feel uncomfortable to study and work, all my family walks wherever they want and they are not silent, so they interrupt the video calls or the work rhythm.

The Pros and Cons of Online Learning

Due to this pandemic caused by the coronavirus, the way of teaching has had to be changed. So these last three months we have been teaching online. And like everything, this has its advantages and disadvantages.

There are many disadvantages that there are, especially for the students of Bachillerato. The first disadvantage that I see is that the teachers can’t explain the new units to us and when we are doing the exercises we don't know how to do them. Another disadvantage is that for the few classes we have, Wi-fi sometimes fails or you have problems sending the homework. It is also true that teachers send a lot of homework to do.

It isn’t all disadvantages, there are some advantages such as that you don’t have to get up early as you used to do to go to school or you don't have as much stress to do homework, study and in my case go to practice basketball.

In conclusion, for me it hasn’t been anything beneficial at school level, because it isn’t a vacation but you have more responsibility to do things by yourself and learn.

Teenagers should have Summer Homework

Probably many politicians, parents and teachers believe that, given the situation in which we find ourselves, young people should have homework or work to do in the summer as a result of 3 months without going to class.
On the one hand, the young people have not been able to go to class ,however, they have been doing work, exams, exercises ...
In addition, I consider that setting homework this summer would affect many students who are looking for the best grades and who are concerned about their future. For example, the fourth-grade students of the school that continue studying in high school or those who are in the university.
Furthermore, students haven't been sleeping, playing video games during these three months ... as many people believe. Besides, many had virtual classes.
But people do not understand this and consider they should have more homework, without thinking about how this catastrophic situation has been for them. For example, the possibility of opening the educational centers in July or continuing with online classes, or even that the course ended later, has also been being considered.
I think that neither children nor adolescents should have work, class ... in the summer. In my opinion I have already worked enough throughout the course and these three months I have not been sleeping. Not to mention the behavior of many teachers in this situation. I think that all the work we have done should be valued more since we have "learned to learn", individually without the help of anyone.

Finally add that we deserve a quiet summer, since adolescents are also people and we have been the most affected in this situation, both for being the last to go outside and for being without seeing our friends and partners.

Because we are the future and the only ones capable of changing it.

The prons and cons of online learning

Pros and cons of online learning

The Pros and Cons of Online Learning

In this stage that we are living through the coronavirus, we had to adapt ourselves to the new way of learning and teaching; there are many advantages of online classes but also disadvantages.
Some of the advantages are that we can continue with our school year and continue learning; we have also been able to adapt the timetable to our liking and work at our own pace. But there are also disadvantages. As a student I have lived the situation and I have to say that in face-to-face classes I learn much more than in virtual classes or with the jobs that teachers send online, because in a normal class, the teacher explains it to you better and it is easier to understand.
In conclusion, I think that virtual classes have helped us a lot in this exceptional situation, and we have to thank it because if it weren’t so, we would have missed the school year; but this way of learning, I would leave it alone for situations like this, since it is easier to learn in a normal class than in a virtual one.

The Pros and Cons of Online Learning:

Schools have been closed since the quarantine started, so the education now has to be online. In this composition I will discuss the pros and cons of this Online Learning.
On the one hand, this form of learning has positive things, like having your own schedules for studying, which cause stressing way less than students are used to. Also, sleeping hours are increasing, because most of the students had to sleep about five hours during the course, and now they can organize themselves to have a better rest.
On the other hand, this Online Learning is not able to replace on-site classes for many reasons. First of all, there is something called the digital gap, which divides pupils in two groups: one that has access to all kind of technologies and other that don’t even have Wifi.
Besides, now that teachers don’t explain because they don’t give any classes, students must be self-sufficient, which in my opinion is harmful at the time of understanding some subjects.
In short, in my opinion online learning is worse than on-site classes, because not only has it increased the digital gap, but also students don’t understand what they are doing in many occasions, whereas during in-person classes they have someone to explain the subjects.

I totally agree with this video; I think that they give great ideas, but in my experience duringthis quarantine, if you have to go through that amount of different platforms, you could geteasily stressed because you might not know how to use them.

VIDEO 2:This video is about an important issue: The technology gap; like it says, a lot of studentsaren’t able to connect into their online classes or hang in their homework for example, so I think what they are doing is great for all those students, but they still need help

The Pros and Cons of Online Learning

Online classes are a new experience which due COVID-19 we had to live because the face to face classes were canceled.

On the one hand with the online classes you save time on to move. There is also more time flexibility, since you are the one who sets your own schedules, also, with them you exercise your technological skills since you are in direct contact with the new technologies.

On the other hand, it also has cons, such as the lack of interaction with the teacher and the subsequent difficulty in doing the exercises. Also the amount of work compared to what we do in face-to-face classes or the lack of socialization.

In my opinion, face-to-face classes are better than telematic, I like them more for several reasons, among which are the interaction with your classmates and teachers.

If I had to choose I would choose the face-to-face.

The Pros and Cons of Online Learning
Online education is becoming more and more popular amongst students around the world, especially in thisparticular situation we are in. Many people prefer online school but the truth is that both have their pros and cons.Online schooling is more flexible than traditional schooling because you can study when you want to, howyou want to, where you want to. It is also also affordable because you don’t need to pay for transport, etc.Furthermore, it is also easily accessible as all you need is a computer with Internet access. On the other hand, online courses also have disadvantages as its quality of education is lower becausemaybe you can’t ask the professor your doubts directly and it is also harmful to students who are easilydistracted. In my opinion, I think that online courses is the best option for busiest people but not for young studentsbecause although it’s a very useful tool, using it solely is not a sufficient source for a well-roundededucation

The Pros and Cons of Online Learning

Online education is increasingly popular with students around the world. Many people think that going to school online is better than having to get up early and go to school in the traditional way. But online education has its advantages and disadvantages.
One advantage of studying online is the flexibility as you can study where you want and how you want. It’s also cheaper since you don’t have to pay for the bus to go, textbooks are cheaper. .. Some of the disadvantages are that the quality of education is lower since you can’t directly ask the teacher about your doubts and some students don’t pay attention to the classes as they can’t keep an eye on them. In my opinion, the traditional education is better than online learning because you can learn more but in some circumstances like now you have no choice but to attend online classes.
Also the learning is highly depend to the individual motivation to learn
